How it works
A 2-hour session where kids rotate through the recording studio in small groups while everyone else celebrates in the party rooms. Here is exactly what to expect.
Step by step
Guests arrive 10-15 minutes early to decorate the party rooms. We provide two party rooms with tables and chairs, plus a kitchenette with refrigeration. Use low-adhesive painter's tape for decorations.
The main session lasts 80-90 minutes. Small groups of 2-3 children rotate through the studio for rehearsal, sound check, and recording of the group song. The birthday child records an individual solo track as a special feature.
While groups record, the rest of the kids are in the party rooms designing custom backstage pass lanyards. These keepsakes are laminated and include unique download codes to access the final recording. This is also when food, snacks, and drinks are served.
The final 20-30 minutes is cake time while the mix technician polishes the recording with professional-grade processing. The session ends with everyone hearing the final track played through the studio speakers. Every child takes home their lanyard with download code.
Preparation checklist
Provide us with: the expected number of children, the birthday child's name, your song selections (one group song and one birthday solo), and the average ages of attendees.

Bring your own food, cake, and refreshments. Snacks like pizza and veggie platters work great. Food must stay in the front party room. Avoid popcorn, gum, candy, and feather boas.
If ordering pizza, schedule delivery about 15 minutes after the session starts. Delivery address: 215 Doughton Road, Vaughan (2nd Floor). This timing works perfectly.
